Sometimes you just need to leave home to write. Each session begins with a meditation—based in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga—to calm and focus the mind. This is followed by a writing exercise to stimulate creativity, and finally by an open writing session that allows you to work on your own projects in a supportive setting. You gain:

• A chance to discuss your writing practice
• Creative play
